Making One Small Change
For those who celebrated the Jewish New Year this past weekend or for anyone looking to start anew and press the “Refresh” button, what is one takeaway you had recently that you want to internalize and bring more intentionality into?
I’ve always been an avid nature walker (and by always, I mean since my mid-20s) and I’ve noticed over the years how being outdoors recharges me.
Call it dopamine, call it serotonin, or simply that man (i.e. humans) were meant to spend much of their time outdoors, but I’m much happier outside.
I take as many reasonable opportunities in my day to be outside.
Going on my phone is a lovely distraction, but nothing brings deep joy and inner peace like time spent in nature.
